Bronzeville, Little Tokyo

The 33rd Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival
Form follows Function and Visual Communications present

“BRONZEVILLE, LITTLE TOKYO”
SATURDAY & SUNDAY, APRIL 29-30

A MULTI-MEDIA SITE-SPECIFIC ACTIVATION OF HISTORIC FIRST STREET NORTH

“Bronzeville, Little Tokyo” is a presentation of original multi-media work inspired by an overlooked moment in history known as Bronzeville. For a brief period in the 40’s when Japanese and Japanese-Americans were interned during WWII and African-Americans moved into Little Tokyo, this area was known as Bronzeville. Inspired by this period, Form follows Function and Visual Communications present a special two-day program on the weekend of April 29 and 30, 2017.
